Weekly Menu Nov 25-Dec 1

I hope everyone had a fabulous Thanksgiving weekend! Most stores are only having a small sale from Friday-Tuesday this week so I only made one menu.

Monday1 shallot
1 lemon
1 package gnocchi
Olive oil
Parmesan cheese

Tuesday1 bunch broccoli 
2 boneless skinless chicken breast 
1 carrot
Bottled minced ginger
Red pepper flakes
Canola oil
Low sodium soy sauce
Low sodium, fat-free chicken broth
Rice vinegar

Wednesday2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts 
15 oz can black beans
Salsa verde 

Thursday1 green bell pepper 
1 onion
French bread
1 package lean ground turkey 
15 oz can tomato sauce  
15 oz can petite diced tomatoes
2% shredded mozzarella cheese
Olive oil
Fat-free, low-sodium chicken broth
Crushed red pepper
Penne, ziti or macaroni noodles
Dried basil
Parmesan cheese

Friday1 red bell pepper
Fresh parsley 
1 boneless, skinless chicken breast
Pizza dough 
Basil pesto
Reduced-fat shredded mozzarella (split w/Salmon)
Olive oil

Saturday2 sweet potatoes
Lean ground turkey (split w/Lasagna Soup)
French bread (split w/Lasagna Soup)
Olive oil
Onion (split w/Lasagna Soup)
Worcestershire sauce
Garlic powder
Mozzarella cheese
